    Steps to request deletion of your Live Fiesta account

    1. Fill in the email address and phone number registered with your account.

    2. Tell us why you are leaving and share any feedback.

    3. Submit the form. Our team reviews every request manually before any data is removed.

    4. You will receive an email confirming once the request has been processed.

    What gets deleted, what is retained

    Deleted: your profile, contact details, saved preferences, and access to your booking history.

    Retained: booking records are kept for accounting and tax compliance purposes (typically 7 years), as stated in our Privacy Policy. Deletion is subject to legal and contractual obligations.
