• Owing to the recent conditions surrounding the COVID – 19 pandemics, as a pre-condition to gaining access to the venue (events and theatres) you are required to be fully vaccinated and may be required to display your COVID – 19 certificates at the venue as per the various norms /regulations prevailing in the said State. The venue provider and governing authorities reserve the right to exclude any user from the venue if there are sufficient grounds to believe so for failure to abide by the protocols. You agree to exit without protest or refund. Users are required to check the restrictions as applicable in their State.

• Use of masks is mandatory at all times and the visitors are required to maintain social distancing norms. The venue and Bigtree reserve the right to change/modify the terms and conditions.

• Bigtree does not assume any responsibility with regards to any injury or complications due to COVID – 19 accrued as a result of your participation.

• The above guidelines are currently mandatory for Delhi/NCR, Maharashtra and Karnataka. These terms and conditions may vary depending on the state where the event is held and are subject to changes.

2. Entry: You'll get a wristband for entry; don't tamper with it.

3. Bags: No bags allowed inside, and there's no storage available.

4. Refunds: No refunds, even if the event date changes.

5. Government Permissions: If the event is cancelled due to government reasons, you'll get a full refund.

6. Ticket Resale: Don't resell tickets illegally; they may get cancelled without refund.

7. Alcohol: Only served to those above legal drinking age.

8. Line-Up Changes: The artist lineup might change.

9. Security Checks: Expect security checks at the entry; breaking rules means no entry or refund.

10. Responsibility: Organizers aren't responsible for any losses or injuries.

11. Parking: Park at your own risk; no responsibility for vehicle damage or theft.

12. Substances: Illegal substances are not allowed.

13. Items Not Allowed: No professional cameras, outside food, or weapons allowed.

14. Admission Rights: Organizers can refuse entry or eject anyone breaking rules.

15. Recording: Your appearance might be recorded for promotional purposes.

16. Handling Fee: There might be an internet handling fee per ticket.

17. COVID-19 Rules: Follow COVID-19 rules; strict checks will be done before entry.

18. Prohibited Items: GoPro cameras, backpacks, liquor, etc., are not allowed in the venue.

• Please carry a valid ID proof along with you.
• No refunds on purchased ticket are possible, even in case of any rescheduling.
• Security procedures, including frisking remain the right of the management.
• No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, lazer devices, bottles, musical instruments will be allowed in the venue and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue.
• The sponsors/performers/organizers are not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event. Any claims regarding the same would be settled in courts in Mumbai.
• People in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry.
• Organizers hold the right to deny late entry to the event.
