1. Ticket Refunds
All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a ticket is purchased, except as required by applicable law or outlined below.
Non-refundable circumstances include: changes in personal plans, travel issues, or failure to attend the event.

2. Event Cancellation
If the event is cancelled by the organizer, a full refund (including service fees, where applicable) will be credit to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

3. Event Postponement/Rescheduling

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date.

4.Changes to Event Lineup or Venue

Changes to the artist lineup, start time, or venue (within the same city) do not qualify for a refund.

In the rare case of significant changes, refund options may be offered at the organizer’s discretion.

5.Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or disruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, government regulations, pandemics, or other force majeure events.

6.Transferability

Illegal substances

Weapons or dangerous items

Professional recording equipment without prior authorization

Outside food or beverages Attendees must comply with all event rules and regulations.

LiveFiesta is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific ticket or service in question.

 

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LiveFiesta, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
